Bilateral Corticospinal damage leads Quadriplegia
Bilateral Corticobulbar damage to 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th nerves leads to loss of horizontal gaze, facial diplegia.
Bilateral Corticobulbar damage to 9,10,12th nerves leads to aphonia and tongue paralysis
Brain stem damage leads to loss of respiratory function.
