Thank you for buying our live classes. We want to make sure that our students have a rewarding experience while they are taking classes with us whether they last a day or a week. As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you book a live class on our website you agree to our Privacy Policy & Terms of use policy and the points below.

Cancellation & Refunds: Live Classes

Doctor Marwah Classes and his team reserve the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
• In case Doctor Marwah Classes cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
• If a cancellation is done by a delegate or he or she fails to attend the event, no refunds will be made.

Course Rescheduling Policy

In case Doctor Marwah Classes and his team reschedule the training event less than 7 days before the original date, the options available to the delegate are:
• 100% refund will be made, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the delegate’s schedule.
• The delegate would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending a class in future at his/her convenience on any date of scheduled training.
• The delegate, if wishes to, can send his/her replacement. However, this should be intimated to Doctor Marwah Classes team at least 3 days ahead of the event date.
